Cozy studio, walk to downtown, near restaurants

We found the property to be smaller than expected, even for a studio. The location was ok, but there was not much for dining in the area or many of them were closed. For 2 people it felt cramped.

The room was nice, clean and set up well. However, we booked two nights and in no way could stay the second night. The room was stifling HOT. We were extremely uncomfortable the first night. There was a room attached to ours and when we opened the door we found it unfinished with zero insulation and at least 100 degrees inside. All that heat was coming under our door. Since there was no fiing that issue, we left.

Room was far smaller (Tiny) than in picture. Wide angle camera used. Owner gave us wrong code for front door. Room suitable for one person only. Beds uncomfortable. Worst b n b ever.

It was an easy walk to Downtown and the local bus station and stops. A nice place that I felt safe coming back to anytime at night.

I rented this place for my mom, on vacation. She said “This place was perfect and cozy! I walked all over bc it’s close to downtown shops & restaurants and right down the street from the river. Maintenance and host were wonderful, the complimentary coffee kept me going and the room had anything I needed. I would stay here again!!”
